Countdown Timer
1. Licence grant
Once payment is confirmed, the purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Countdown Timer on MyBB forums that the purchaser owns or is authorised to administer. This is a licence to use the plugin, not a sale of its intellectual property.
The licence is attached to the account that completed the purchase and is for that purchaser’s own personal or business forum operations.
2. Permitted use
Under this licence, you may:
- install and run the plugin for your licensed forum use;
- keep reasonable backup, development and staging copies;
- modify the plugin for your own licensed use; and
- allow an employee or contractor to access it only as needed to install, maintain or customise your forum on your behalf.
You remain responsible for anyone to whom you give access to the plugin files.
3. Restrictions
You must not:
- sell, rent, sublicense, publish, upload, share or otherwise redistribute the plugin or its source files;
- distribute a modified, translated or derivative version of the plugin;
- give another person or organisation access to your purchase as a substitute for their own licence;
- remove or obscure copyright, authorship or licence notices; or
- use the plugin files to create a competing downloadable product.
4. Ownership
All rights not expressly granted by this licence are reserved. Purchasing or modifying the plugin does not transfer ownership of its source code, design, documentation, branding or other intellectual property.
5. Updates and third-party material
This licence also applies to updates supplied through the same paid listing unless an update includes different terms. Third-party code, libraries, fonts, icons, trademarks or other materials remain subject to their own notices and licences where provided.
6. Ending the licence
The licence ends if the purchase is refunded or reversed, or if you materially breach these restrictions. When the licence ends, you must stop using the plugin and remove copies under your control, except where applicable law gives you a continuing right.
7. Legal rights
Nothing in this licence limits statutory rights that cannot legally be limited. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply as far as the law permits.
